Provides theoretical and practical instruction in computer applications, basic programming, operating systems, office applications, internet usage, and essential digital skills.

Provides theoretical and practical instruction in Food Processing and supervises the Welding and Fabrication trade, including training activities, workshop operations, equipment use, safety, and maintenance.
